"Warranty issue sorted really fast"
My pan ended up having a defect, so I reached out and they checked the warranty without making it a big deal. Like I said, it was painless. They sent out a replacement quickly, and like I said, no hassle at all. I’m happy with how they handled it.

I had a question about my order and expected it to turn into a bit of a hassle, like these things often do. But they got back to me quickly and actually sorted it out without making me go back and forth a bunch of times. I was relieved, because I was already a little frustrated just having to chase it up. I’ll be honest, some of the regular prices felt a little high to me at first, so I wasn’t sure I was going to order. But I checked the sale section and ended up finding a set I’d been wanting for less than I’d seen it elsewhere, which made the purchase feel like a good deal.
My order shipped without any issues, and everything arrived packed nicely. I wouldn’t say it’s always the cheapest place to shop, but based on what I bought, the quality made the price feel fair, especially if you catch something on sale

I ordered a few glass items, and one of them showed up with a small chip on it. The box didn’t even look crushed or anything, so it seemed more like the items just weren’t packed tightly enough inside.
I did reach out to customer service, but I had to wait in a queue longer than I expected, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be. For fragile stuff like this, I really expected better packaging and damage prevention.

"Pickup was a bit of a hassle 😕"
I ordered for in-store pickup thinking it would be super quick, but the confirmation email showed up later than expected, and when I got there, the staff had a hard time finding my order. They were friendly enough, so I can’t really complain about the people, but the process felt disorganized. I did get my item in the end, but it was more annoying than it needed to be 🤷♀️

"Finally, one site that actually had what I needed"
I found a bunch of brands here that I normally have to hunt down across several different stores, which was a nice change because apparently that’s too much to ask elsewhere. William Ashley had the dinnerware line I wanted in stock, which was a pleasant surprise. The site was easy enough to use, checkout didn’t make my life harder, and I’d order again.

"Nice stuff, but the shipping adds up"
I did end up finding exactly what I was looking for on williamashley.com and the checkout process was simple, but the shipping cost felt a bit too high for what I ordered and by the time I saw the total it kind of took the excitement out of the deal, even though the item showed up in good shape and everything was fine in the end. I’d probably call it a 3-star experience

I was expecting at least one thing to be wrong, because that seems to happen way too often with online orders. But everything showed up exactly like I ordered it, no missing items, no weird substitutions, no mix-ups. Rare, so I’ll give them credit for that

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a set of plates from William Ashley, they turned out nicer than I expected. They have a good weight to them, the finish looks clean, and they showed up, thankfully, with no weird marks or chips.
I’ve used them a few times now, and after washing, they still look brand new. They don’t look cheap at all, which I really appreciate, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Easy to use, just a little slow"
I found the William Ashley site easy to use, overall. I got to the dinnerware section quickly, and checkout was simple enough, which I appreciated. The only thing, some pages loaded a bit slow for me, and the filters could be a little better. Still, nothing major, and I’d probably use the site again.

"Got the confirmation, then kind of got left hanging"
I got the order confirmation pretty much right away, so at first I was like okay, great, everything’s moving. But then after that it was just kind of quiet, and the updates that did come through weren’t super clear. I kept finding myself checking on it because I wasn’t really sure what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I was expecting things to be a little smoother.

"Quick verdict: the registry was super easy"
We used William Ashley for our wedding registry, my snap judgment was that it was going to be simple, and it was. Adding items took no effort, and none of our guests seemed confused by the process. A couple of gifts arrived at different times, but everything showed up fine. I had one small question and customer service got back to me quickly. Overall, really happy we went with it.

I had to exchange a set of glasses because I totally ordered the wrong size!!! The return steps were really clear, and customer service got back to me quickly!!! The new set showed up without any drama at all. I expected the whole thing to be way more annoying, but it was actually super smooth!!!

I’ve shopped on William Ashley a few times when they’ve had promotions going, and I’ve been happy with what I’ve found. The discounts can be really nice, especially on higher-end kitchen items that usually feel a bit out of reach.
The only downside is that some sale items sell out quickly, and not every deal is a total steal. Still, when a good promo pops up, it feels exciting and definitely worth checking. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the sale section was a little easier to filter and browse.

"Kind of regret buying this"
The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing right away. The item itself was technically okay, but it didn’t feel worth it after seeing the condition it arrived in. I was hoping to be more excited about it, but I’m mostly just feeling like I should’ve passed on this one
